about

Consider this: if your data is on-site, it is subject to natural disasters, building damage (including fire), vandalism, and theft, and if you lose power or connectivity, your data is inaccessible. With HD, your data is in a solid-built facility and is secured at multiple levels including locks, video cameras, biometrics, and guards. It also has multiple internet and power connections and backup-generators.

Limited access: As an optional feature, HD can be set up to allow your staff to access documents remotely, but not download them, protecting your data without limiting productivity.

HD backups: Programs and files in HD are backed up at least incrementally every night and fully once per week. All office files are backed up in real-time and many other services are backed up more frequently. HD has invested in state-of-the-art backup technology that guarantees the integrity and reliability of your information.

Redundant communication links: We recommend dual communication links, preferably a corporate-class T1 or fiber-optic connection and an advanced router that has cellular data capability, so that a power outage or natural disaster in your area does not interrupt your HD service. If there is a disruption with the T1 or primary internet, all internet traffic will seamlessly fail-over to the broadband cellular connection. While HD’s monitoring service will know of the change, your users never will.
