How we do it

We have invested in behind-the-scenes technology and streamlined the user process to be as simple as browsing a website and using programs you are familiar with (Word, Excel). A seamless dashboard provides access to files on your local computer as well as files on HD. The hardest part is believing how well protected and managed your information is when you barely notice a difference in workflow..

What if something goes wrong? Our IT team is proactively monitoring the system and is available to respond to your questions. If you experience a problem, call our support desk immediately and we will open an incident ticket. If necessary, we will escalate your ticket to a senior engineer for resolution.

We have two options for accessing your HD files and software:
• Go to a website to view program icons and a file manager. Open programs just as you would from your local computer.
• Your HD icons can also be placed on your desktop (in your local office only), so there is almost no noticeable difference to your workflow.

 
Won’t I have more control with an in-house solution? If you define control as making the changes you need, then absolutely not. A team of people are on stand-by to make changes for you, and your requests may be completed faster than if you did them on your own. If you define control as the responsibility to maintain, manage, secure, protect, and back up your desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices, then, well, yes.
